Lite-On Technology Corp. reports July sales of NT$ 10.37 billion, up 3% M-o-M

Lite-On Technology Corp. (TW 2301) today reported July consolidated revenue of NT$10.37 billion, up 3% M-o-M, mainly attributable to stable end-demand in the smart-phone, tablet PC and server markets. Cumulative sales from January through July reached NT$ 68.94 billion.
Thanks to solid orders received in Lite-On’s core business groups, revenue of the Opto-Electronics group posted a 25% growth over last year. Included in that, Camera Module’s remarkable growth hit a record monthly high, resulting from ongoing market share gains and increased shipments of tablet PCs and smart-phones globally.
